20% Deposit

Due to people ordering items, then when they are ready for payment they refuse to answer your messages and I’m stuck with personalised hangers, bracelets etc which I cannot sell on plus I’m out of pocket due to buying stock to make these items. Therefore any future orders I am going to need a 20% deposit (non-refundable) and items will then be made once full payments have been received.
